Definitions & Interpretation

The meanings of key terms used in these Terms are provided below. These definitions apply with the same meaning throughout the entire document.

"Platform"

"Member"

Account Registration

One Person, One Account

Deposits & Withdrawals

Approved Payment Methods

Only the following mobile banking services are accepted for transactions on 8upbd: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Transactions through any method other than those listed are not permitted.

Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.

Withdrawal time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. In some cases this time may be longer due to identity verification or security review.

Account Ownership

Withdrawals must be made to the same mobile banking account from which the deposit was made. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. A maximum bonus of ৳8,000 is possible on a deposit of ৳18,000, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.

Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement must be completed before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered to withdraw the bonus winnings.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have a specific validity period; the bonus will be cancelled once the period expires.
• If any fraudulent activity is carried out with the intent of earning a bonus, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled.
• 8upbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time.
• Claiming the same offer more than once is prohibited.

Betting & Gaming Rules

Cricket betting, slot games, live casino, fishing games, and other gaming activities are available on the 8upbd platform. The following rules apply:

Betting Markets

We offer markets for cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. All betting markets are settled according to pre-defined rules. If any market is cancelled or amended, we will endeavour to notify members as promptly as possible.

Bet Withdrawal

Once a bet has been confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or withdrawn. Bets cannot be cancelled after a game has started.

Technical Issues

If any transaction remains incomplete due to a server error, connection loss, or other technical issues, 8upbd will review it and take appropriate action. Please contact the support team in such situations.

Fair Play

Prohibited Activities

The activities described below are strictly prohibited on the 8upbd platform. If such activities are detected, immediate action will be taken:

• Fraudulently claiming bonuses and promotional offers multiple times.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address.

• Submitting false information or documents to commit fraud during identity verification.
• Placing bets or operating an account on behalf of a third party.

Account Suspension & Closure

8upbd may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms or involvement in prohibited activities.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• The member submits a request to close their own account.
• A self-exclusion request under the responsible gaming policy.
• Instructions from a legal or regulatory authority.

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact the support team. If there is a valid balance at the time of account closure, it will be returned subject to the minimum withdrawal conditions being met.

Limitation of Liability

8upbd is not responsible for losses caused by technical issues, third-party service failures, or reasons attributable to the member themselves. The following cases are specifically noted:

• Losing a bet due to internet disconnection or device issues.
• Delays or errors in third-party payment services.
• Losses resulting from a member's negligence or provision of incorrect information.
• Unforeseen circumstances beyond 8upbd's control (force majeure).

8upbd's liability will in all cases be limited to the actual balance available in the member's account.
